ProZyme ships its products and sells its services only under its Terms and Conditions of Sale.  Shipment of product under any purchase order is not acceptance of any Terms and Conditions of Purchase which may accompany the order.  ProZyme Terms and Conditions of Sale supercede any other Terms and Conditions of Purchase or Sale.
