Required Information

• Catalog product codes, quantities and dispensing sizes for the item(s) you are ordering.
• Credit card or purchase order number  (see below for information on placing credit card orders)

We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to customers in California unless we have a copy of a current State Resale Certificate.

We normally ship on ice packs, via air freight.  Orders to addresses outside the U.S. are shipped collect, so we need a valid account number for an international air freight carrier, such as Federal Express or DHL Worldwide Express.

Shipping

Because many of our products are perishable, we ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next-day delivery.  Because packages may be delayed in transit, we prefer not to ship on Thursday or Friday.

• Standard overnight freight to U.S. destinations $20
• Priority overnight freight to U.S. destinations    $25
• Dry ice shipment to U.S. destinations    $30

Ordering Outside North America

International orders can be placed through ProZyme's distributors or you can order from ProZyme directly if there is no distributor in your area.

Required Information

• Catalog product codes, quantities and dispensing sizes for the item(s) you are ordering.
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Telephone number
• Fax number (for confirmation)
• Valid account number for an international freight carrier providing service from the San Francisco Bay Area, such as Federal Express or DHL Worldwide Express; freight fees and customs duties or taxes will be charged to this account. Your international freight carrier must provide parcel pick-up service in the San Francisco Bay Area or a credit card to pay these fees.
• Any import licenses required to accompany the order (must be provided by you).
• If paying by credit card, see below for information on placing credit card orders. If paying by electronic transfer, all fees must be prepaid and a $25 payment fee will be added to each invoice to cover ProZyme's bank charges.

Customs Brokers
If you prefer that ProZyme use your customs broker, we require:

• Broker's Fax

Shipping

We normally ship on Fridays (with extra ice packs) for delivery during the following week.

*We cannot prepay freight on international orders due to variations in shipping rates and customs fees.

Credit Card Orders

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards for fax, phone or mail orders. We are not using a secure web server, so we cannot guarantee the security of credit card orders placed via email.
For credit card orders, we require:

• Card type (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
• Cardholder's name (as it appears on card)
• Credit card billing address (if different from shipping address)
• Credit card number
• Expiration date

We will confirm orders by phone, fax or email before shipping.
